Returns

You have [10 days] to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us at service@kzyou.com to request a return authorization.
2. Pack your item securely in the original packaging, if possible.
3. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip with your return.
4. Ship the item back to us at the address provided.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at service@kzyou.com to arrange an exchange. Please note that we can only exchange items if they are available in stock.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
